To reserve a room on site at Pipestem, call (304)-466-1800.  Ask to speak with a reservation clerk for the "State of Appalachia 2017" group rate. The rate is $60 per room per night, plus tax, for up to two people. To put additional people in the room, add $6 per person.

To reserve a dormitory style/bunk bed $15.00 room off site (a 15 minute drive from the conference) call or email the Appalachian Folklife Center: appalachianfolklifecenter@gmail.com or 304-466-0626.

REGISTRATION

Registration costs $90.00, which covers costs of meeting space and food. If you need scholarship assistance, please register and check the boxes "invoice me" and "please send me information about scholarships."

If you need lodging, make your own arrangements at Pipestem Restort State Park or at the nearby Appalachia Folklife Center.
